What type of products do you offer?

K&D Kouture currently offers women's apparel, bags, accessories, and some shoes.

What is the return policy?

Currently all sales are final.

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard and priority shipping through USPS, as well as shipping through UPS.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

To ensure you are ordering the correct size, please see our sizing chart.

When will I receive my order?

Once an order is received, it can take 1-3 business days to process before it is shipped out. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 24-48 business hours for the courier to update their tracking system.

How do I track my order?

From our homepage, scroll down to the bottom and click on track my order under customer services. Enter your order number in, click find order, and the information should pop up. For a more detailed view, click on more details.

How do I make changes or cancel an order I’ve already placed?

We work efficiently to process your order as soon as it is placed. If you need to make changes to an order or cancel it, send us an email immediately. 

Why has my order been cancelled?

It is very rare that your order will be cancelled, however if you do receive notification that your order has been cancelled, it may be for one of the following reasons listed below:

  1. The item(s) ordered are unavailable to ship and does not have an anticipated restock date.
  2. The billing and shipping addresses on your order does not match and you’ve either failed to provide verification or your documents for verification have not been approved.

If your order has been cancelled and refunded, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your banking statement.

I have more than one coupon, can they be combined?

Coupon codes and/or promotions cannot be combined or applied to the same order.

What happens if I forget to apply my coupon code?

Unfortunately, we are unable to manually apply a discount to an order once it has been placed. However, you can use the code on a future order if it is still valid.

Why isn’t my coupon code working?

Make sure that you have entered the code in correctly. To ensure that you do, copy and paste the code into the promo code box once you reach checkout. Also, check and make sure that the offer is still valid. It could be that that particular code has expired.

We are currently located in Louisiana.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American express, Discover, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and AfterPay
